Caracterización de las Condiciones Socioeconómicas de la Población Infanto-juvenil en Pandemia Covid-19. Hospital J. M. de Los Ríos.

Resumen

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo caracterizar las condiciones socioeconómicas de la población infanto-juvenil en el Hospital J.M. de los Ríos por Sospecha de Covid-19 (marzo 2020 a diciembre 2021). Se realiza un estudio Descriptivo, Retrospectivo, Cuantitativo y Transversal. Los datos se obtienen por muestreo probabilístico, 177 historias que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión, analizados mediante frecuencia y porcentaje, la población predominante es la preescolares en 43,5% y en general son del sexo masculino, entre las condiciones socioeconómicas el Jefe de Hogar es la Madre con 47,5%, y la ocupación predominante es de Empleado No Universitario con 36,7%; el ingreso familiar es con sueldo mensual en un 46,3%, las condiciones de vivienda son inadecuadas, lo que los ubica entre Graffar IV-V, provienen de Catia, La Vega, El Valle. La importancia de identificar y describir las condiciones socioeconómicas es por la imperiosa necesidad de que para contener el Covid-19, es necesario tener un ambiente adecuado y afable. Aunque se sugiere plantear nuevas líneas de investigación (Multidisciplinarias) para abordar la pandemia del COVID-19 y otras pandemias futuras, que transciendan hasta las realidades diarias de cada paciente y sus complejidades para garantizar su salud integral, ya que más allá del diagnóstico inicial de sospecha Covid-19 en las historias, no se encuentran elementos analíticos, ni descriptivos, de la relación entre las variable recogida en el Graffar, con la evolución de la enfermedad, ni con la estancia en el centro hospitalario, ni los productos de salud derivados del COVID-19.

Abstract

The objective of this article is to characterize the socioeconomic conditions of the child and adolescent population at the J.M. de los Ríos due to Suspicion of Covid-19 (March 2020 to December 2021). A Descriptive, Retrospective, Quantitative and Transversal study is carried out. The data is obtained by probabilistic sampling, 177 stories that met the inclusion criteria, analyzed by frequency and percentage, the predominant population is preschoolers in 43.5% and in general they are male, among the socioeconomic conditions the Head of Home is the Mother with 47.5%, and the predominant occupation is Non-University Employee with 36.7%; the family income is with monthly salary in 46.3%, the housing conditions are inadequate. Which places them between Graffar IV-V. They come from Catia, La Vega, El Valle. The importance of identifying and describing the socioeconomic conditions is due to the urgent need that in order to contain the Covid-19, it is necessary to have an adequate and friendly environment. Although it is suggested to propose new lines of research (Multidisciplinary) to address the COVID-19 pandemic and other future pandemics, which transcend the daily realities of each patient and their complexities to guarantee their comprehensive health, since beyond the initial diagnosis of suspected Covid-19 in the histories, no analytical or descriptive elements were found of the relationship between the variables collected in the Graffar, with the evolution of the disease, nor with the stay in the hospital, nor the derived health products from COVID-19
