Application of invested learning in distance education

The main purpose of this research has been to explore the application of various concepts of Command Board for Agents belonging to the National Institute of Public Administration, through the implementation of flipped learning within the framework of an asynchronous virtual course offered by the National University of La Matanza. It has sought to promote flipped learning through the Moodle platform, based on the hypothesis: The application of flipped learning for the Agents of the National Institute of Public Administration in the Dashboard course developed by the National University of La Matanza in virtual mode favors the application and evaluation of student competencies. According to the results obtained during the research, the hypothesis is validated. The hypothesis is verified through the correct application of the statistical formulas, obtaining the standard deviation for the verification of the sample
